AIM2Inform: Transitioning to Adulthood
Join us for an informative and empowering session designed to help families
navigate the journey of transitioning from adolescence to adulthood with
confidence and clarity. This AIM2Inform class will cover essential topics including
employment pathways, independent living skills, guardianship, and available
community resources.
Whether your child is approaching high school graduation or you're just
beginning to think about the future, this class will provide valuable tools,
guidance, and support to help you plan ahead.
Who should attend: Parents, caregivers, and individuals on the autism who are entering adulthood
