Thanks to our supporters, families who are impacted by autism have a place to turn for help, support, and resources. What started as a small parent support group in 2004, seeking to provide parents a place to gather and learn more about raising a child with autism, is now a cornerstone in NW Arkansas providing much more than just support.
Seeking to increase inclusiveness and resources for families raising a child with autism, AIM is the only autism specific organization in NWA. From funding a grant for a family to send their child to a specialized summer camp, providing funds to an educator to purchase sensory equipment for their classroom that will be used for years to come, to offering support to a family who feels overwhelmed learning about autism after receiving a diagnosis for their child, AIM continues to serve NW Arkansas.
100% of the funds raised during the AIM Walk will remain local to NW Arkansas to support those impacted by autism.
